J&J has an opening at a client, one of the world's largest global financial institutions providing financial products and services to global institutional clients looking to hire a Fixed Income/Treasury Trading Analyst to support a new Treasury initiative. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting treasury securities within a primary dealer. Our client is launching a Treasury business that will be a Primary Dealer so this candidate is responsible for drafting the procedures and controls for the new business.

  • Assisting in drafting of requirements for becoming a Primary Dealer with the New York Fed
  • Work with legal, operations and technology with primary focus being compliance
  • Sit on the fixed income desk and monitor compliance including TRACE reporting
  • Report to client’s Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)
  • Develop Written Supervisory Procedures & Controls for the integration of a new Primary Dealer business
  • Develop and implement testing and monitoring procedures and controls
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably with a Primary Dealer
  • Knowledge of Treasury’s and their key risks
  • Experience in the regulatory environment applicable to fixed income/treasuries (e.g. TRACE)
  • Experience working with all aspects of Treasury cycle including Trading, Legal/Compliance, Operations and technology
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail

The company is a fast-paced financial technology firm that relies on its website to provide timely and critical analysis to members.   • Software Engineer with a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience; supporting internal custom built software

Our Client is looking for an experienced Market Data Analyst with a proven track record of partnering with a variety of complex businesses on their needs, selection, and continued usage of financial market data and services.

The position includes analyzing and validating users’ requirements, understanding the business models of the firm and how they may change over time, and conducting market research on potentially new services and solutions as well as implementation of new systems and products.

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in a market data analyst role
  • Hands on experience working with various market data users (front, middle, back), and with various market data sets, across all asset classes and derivative securities.
  • Experience and knowledge of wide range of market data vendors and services
  • Knowledge of global markets, different asset classes and their content requirements
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • BS or BA Degree required
