We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Market Data Contract Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing, reviewing, and analyzing market data agreements, ensuring compliance with licensing terms, and supporting organizational efficiency in data management.

Responsibilities
  •  Review, interpret, and analyze market data vendor contracts, licensing agreements, and related documentation to ensure compliance with terms and policies.
  • Identify key provisions, such as licensing restrictions, derived data rights, and reporting requirements.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to market data compliance standards, including proper usage and reporting obligations.
  • Work closely with legal, procurement, and technology teams to align contract terms with business needs.
  • Act as a point of contact between the organization and market data vendors or exchanges.
  • Provide support during contract negotiations, offering insights into existing agreements and market data policies.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to recommend amendments or alternative terms as necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Law, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus).
  • 3-5 years of experience in market data, contract management, or a similar role (e.g., legal, or financial services).
  • Knowledge of major market data vendors (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE) and exchanges (e.g., NYSE, Nasdaq).
  • Understanding of intellectual property, data privacy, or financial services regulations.
  • Familiarity with market data licensing agreements, vendor contracts, and compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
